As a Zonal Head, I am currently handling two Hospital units and responsible for the P&L management & overall operations. The previous position I held was that of Sales & Marketing Head at CK Birla Hospital. Handled business of 165 Cr. annually from the unit. And I was responsible for overall business from the East Region of India.Before that, I worked with Fortis Healthcare as Unit Sales Head & handled Annual Business Turnover of 212 Crores & responsible for overall unit\'s Budgeting, P&L management, Sales & Marketing, Gross Revenue Achievement MoM & Devising Strategies.And Before joining Healthcare, I had worked in telecom sector for 11 years with Tata Teleservices & MTS.I was with Sistema Shyam Teleservices (MTS) as Zonal Sales Head for Retail vertical and had joined as Rollout & operation Head for Delhi/NCR region, wherein I was responsible for the end-to-end establishment of exclusive outlets in various formats.Prior to this, I was with Telecom gigantic TATA Teleservices where I started my career & was handpicked by the organization to rise to new challenges & gathered sound experience across fields of Retail Sales & Operations, Franchisee Management, Distribution, and Franchisee Expansion & Customer Service Management
