   I am working on multi-year program as Application Architect for ODS work-stream for a leading US Insurance Company. This is a multi-year program that will sunset the legacy applications used primarily for rating and pricing and the underwriting platform. A new policy center platform will replace these and integrate with other enterprise wide applications. ODS project is the solution for a data store that will be integrating with critical downstream data marts and reporting engines as well as with the new system of records replacing the legacy applications. My role includes defining the Application Architecture, Application Design and Data Model for the project.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities:\\\\n\\\\n• Define the Application Architecture, Application design and Data Model for the project.\\\\n• Provide program estimates using the ADM estimation model for a work-stream.\\\\n• Analyze business requirements with Client/Accenture business analysts.\\\\n• Create the Design deliverable, Technical specifications, Coding standard documents, Code review templates and processes.\\\\n• Define the project plan, capacity matrix and resource demand for AO engagement.\\\\n• Aligning Iteration and release deliverable to other work-streams and working with the Tech Leads on delivering them.\\\\n• Lead the delivery for both onshore and offshore teams.\\\\n• Creating user stories, defining tasks and assigning tasks to developers.\\\\n• Drive the build from onshore by collaborating with offshore team.\\\\n• Review and provided SME support for developers with design, build and technology issues.\\\\n• Ensure high Code Quality and low defect injection rate.\\\\n• Implement DevOps platform for this program and automate the build process ensuring continuous delivery.\\\\n• Lead the RFP for other projects and propose Architecture and estimation models.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
