The following are the responsibilities I currently handle in my role:File Allocation: Assigning files to team members based on their relevant hands-on experience. • Query Resolution: Resolve queries and concerns from team members, along with inquiries from Loan Officers (LO) and Loan Processors (LP). • Client Escalation Management: Addressing client escalations by providing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action plans, and preventive measures. • Workflow and Issue Supervision: Overseeing workflows, work queues, and IT-related concerns. Ensuring quality by cross-checking files completed by the team. • Client and Process Management: Handling multiple clients and processes while creating checklists to support the team, minimize errors, and track file status. • Team Engagement: Ensuring regular team huddles and one-on-one meetings are held, documented, and any queries or issues are resolved. • Pipeline Management: Monitoring the closing pipeline to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. • Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance, including Productivity, Quality, Attendance, RCA (if needed) and Production Summary reports. • Performance Improvement: Conducting monthly performance kick-off meetings (PKT) to identify improvement areas and implement measures to enhance management satisfaction. • Recruitment and Training: Interviewing and hiring new processors, and facilitating training sessions through the Training Team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure new hires are well-versed in job processes and procedures.
