After graduating from IIT-ISM Dhanbad, I started my career as Mining Engineer at Coal India Limited (World\'s largest coal producer), heading production shifts of 100+ members. I have diverse experience from manpower planning and deployment(on land and 220m below the Earth’s surface), optimizing the production process to dealing with Labour unions. I believe in continuous learning and my leaning towards learning people management brought me to Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
