As a Project Director with over 21 years of experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure, real estate and mix-use facilities, I specialize in the end-to-end development of greenfield and brownfield projects. Worked with US and Indian government customers to finalize the long-term requirements and specifications for development and construction of large defense facilities for depot-level sustainment & maintenance for multiple defense platforms. Collaborated with US teams to bring the best of Boeing to India.Led Civil, architectural, MEP, data systems and the commissioning team for design & integration per US DOD specifications. Maintained effective safety management per OSHA.Achievements: Completed Scope, design & development of infrastructure for C17 Globemaster aircraft, an integrated, self‐sustained 44 hectares greenfield development for United States Army Corps of Engineers.o Delivered fully furnished, third party commissioned Sqft of specialized offices, warehouses, training & maintenance facilities including a two-bay hangar with full aircraft paint facility, multipurpose aircraft maintenance bays, fully equipped component maintenance and repair shops backed up by suit of integrated campus utilities.o Completed master plan, design & delivery of 3km of taxiways, Sqm Apron for 11 C17 parking with underground fuel piping, concrete roads, drainage & rain harvesting ponds etc.• Completed requirements development and contract award including the scope of work, master design, and contractor finalization for Sqft training & simulator facility for P8-I aircraft for Indian Navy.• Worked on requirements development for maintenance facility of Rotorcraft facility for Chinook and Apache helicopters.• Working on new program proposal development for India-wide capability for “Sustainment of buildings and maintenance equipment” for multiple defense platforms.
