Website and Social Media Management- I oversee the complete website upgradation to ensure it is up-to-date- I manage all social media platforms, responding to client queries and managing collaborations.5. Data Management and Analysis- I utilize Volza for data import and analysis- I generate detailed concall reports using AI tools- I maintain and update the sales dashboard.6. Financial Management- I handle the accurate and timely filing of GST.7. Course Creation and Content Management- I develop, create and ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and engaging to meet the needs of our clients- I regularly update course materials to reflect the latest industry trends and insights.8. Customer Experience and Satisfaction- I address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
