19+ years of IT experience.Ashirwad Goswami started his career as a Java developer @Infosys and moved to Infrastructure and ITSM tools.Some of the roles that I have played so far are support and development, integration, migration, transition & ITSM pre-sales, project & program management along with service delivery management.Love to wear multiple hats together and be in others shoes to look for a prospective solution from a different view point.Worked on ITSM tools starting from Peregrine Service Center followed by HPSM, BMC Remedy and Service Now.Also have broad experience in ITIL processes and SIAM.Complex and challenging situations related to System Integration and automation are some of the areas which fascinates me, including green field projects.I am a firm believer that most of the L1 & L2 level of support activities can be completely automated in the infrastructure landscape if the system is developed properly using AI, ML and BOTS.I love to drive innovative projects which will define the future of IT and unleash its potential to the maximum.Self motivator, people manager, love story telling and lead by examples.
