As a software engineer at Capgemini, I work on AI, cloud, and full-stack development to build scalable real-world solutions.Currently, I am a developer on an award winning internal AI chatbot project which uses Agentic RAG to assist during internal processes.Alongside feature delivery, I’ve helped optimise the application and tackle technical challenges such as system redesign for improved tool-call reliability, as well as, asynchronous streaming for error handling.Beyond project work, I’ve also had the opportunity to partake in multiple hackathons:• 1st Place - Global Capgemini x Microsoft/GitHub/NVIDIA AI Agent Hackathon: Built a lab research assistant tool with AI agents which behaves like an interdisciplinary research team.• 1st Place - AI Reinvention Hackathon: Developed an agentic system to automate and optimise client reference creation.Whether it’s improving efficiency or experimenting with new frameworks. I enjoy learning and working on innovative solutions that have measurable impact.
