Lead and manage a cyber compliance team to ensure end-to-end PCI DSS compliance, acting as the primary liaison with the QSA and key business stakeholders. • Partner with Comcast, NBCUniversal, and other Sky regions to align PCI compliance strategies and maintain a consistent security posture across the group. • Provide expert guidance on PCI requirements and oversee the implementation of controls within business units. • Report compliance status, risks, and audit findings to senior leadership, delivering insights that drive informed decision-making. • Implement and optimize compliance tools to manage adherence across multiple frameworks, including SOX, GDPR, TSA, and SWIFT. • Collaborate with GRC teams (Risk, Governance, and Compliance) to align controls, policies, and audit processes across the organization. • Champion a culture of compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring robust governance and risk mitigation.
