My team is responsible for maintaining, modernizing, and transforming the FDA/ORA\'s SIRCE, OCI, Admin, Imports, and Lab (SCAIL) portfolio, which is the third-largest IT contract within the FDA, encompassing 30+ core applications that serve as the backbone of nation’s food and drug safety. I am responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership while responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day execution of this contract.From the REI Systems corporate perspective, as a director of the Health Account, my responsibilities extend to overseeing the FDA account performance, alongside spearheading business development, capture strategies, and fostering new growth opportunities.
