Reviewing Electrical design includes single line diagrams, plan power distribution, substation, lighting calculations circuiting, motor control diagrams, control elementary diagrams, PLC/DCS wiring and interconnection diagrams.• Selection of Transformer/DG capacity and number with necessary metering & protection.• Segregation of estimated maximum demand into individual load centers.• Short circuit & voltage drop calculation at each level of distribution.• Selection of HV & LV switchgear based on breaking, making & short time capacity.• Selection of HV & LV cables based on thermal, short circuit & voltage drop based ampacity.• Preparation of sectional drawing of HV & LV switches board and bus bar sizing.• Design of earthing and lightning protection system. Earthing ground grid and layout.• Design of fire and safety in substation, trenches and other parts of electrical systems.• Preparation of power and control cable schedule.• Preparation of building plan & equipment layout such as point of supply and cable trench layout.• Design protection & control scheme and physical design of 345kv/115/kv/34kv substations, Saudi Arabia. • Installation and commissioning of substations physical system and protection scheme.• Emergency DG and Motor control center, MV & LV electrical room layout.• Lighting, Power and UPS layout with distribution scheme.• Coordinated cable tray and raceway layout with detailed sections.• Developing interconnection drawing of control signals from electrical systems to DCS through interposing relay panel.• Handled electrical package equipment like Heat tracing & cathodic protection system.• Review of termination drawings and instrument Loop Diagrams for all systems.• Review of all instrumentation drawings, Block diagram, P & ID, ILD, cause and effect diagram, instrument location plan. Conduit riser diagram.• Installation and Commissioning assistance of new control systems DCS, ESD (Invensys)
