With an MBA in marketing entered advertising by joining Shilpi advertising a part of the Sarabhai group and was an affiliate of Y&R. I then moved to Sista\'s Pvt Ltd. I worked on a number of accounts building my foundations in all aspects of the advertising business. I worked on Nivea, Colfax (Fa Deos), Fiskars, Indian Oil (Servo lubricants), ATV Projects (IPO), Unit Trust of India, GIC, Novino (Panasonic), BASF (Corporate), Then I had the opportunity to move to the client side to handle advertising and brands. I worked on the rationalisation of the cement brands, refractories, Tata Steel, Tata Chemical\'s Shudh cement, Asahi Float Glass, Siemens Matsushita ferrites, etc. I worked in advertising, and corporate communications looking after internal communications like editing the house journal. ACC is where I underwent training in advertising, PR and Print production in my function.I had the opportunity to work in corporate planning on the entry into the tyre business in collaboration with Bridgestone. I worked on the project entry and then headed the marketing and communications function handling all aspects of the marketing business for the launch of the brand in India. I also worked in Peugeot for the launch of diesel cars in India in collaboration with Premier automobiles.I moved to Torrent Pharma\'s international operations working on relationships and communications. I worked independently as a freelance agent handling copywriting, and client servicing for many clients and businesses in Gujarat. I returned to Mumbai working with Crompton Greaves group of businesses heading the marketing and communications function.During my career, I have successfully managed the entire spectrum of brand management, marketing communications and brand management functions in multinational, multi-cultural, multi-divisional and multi-locational organizations as head of Brands, Marcom and Corporate Communications in MNC and large Indian business houses.
