With over a decade of experience across automotive, discrete manufacturing, energy, defense and IT sectors, I\'ve held impactful roles throughout the value chain. My expertise spans Program Management, PLM implementation and Business Services, with hands on leadership in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) to drive E2E digital transformation across North America, Europe and Asia.Beyond core delivery, I bring deep understanding of NPD, BPM (Process Mapping & Mining), Pre-Sales, BPR, Operational Excellence, Cost Out and Hard Automation.
