Work closely with nominated 3PL’s to ensure pick accuracy and on time deliveries to all customers. Arrange import/export documentation, coordinating with 3PL’s to ensure compliance and smooth movement of goods* Ensure accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of all relevant logistics documentation, including those related to hazardous goods and international trade regulations.* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.* Efficiently record and manage the entire customer order fulfilment process from order entry to delivery, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all order information. Maintain consistent and proactive communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle, providing timely order updates, address inquiries, and resolving any discrepancies.* Provide high levels of stock control with timely and accurate transaction processing and frequent reconciliation. Ensure all inventory issues are identified, captured, notified appropriately and fixed quickly.* Ensure the accurate capture of all logistics issues to ensure we can accurately measure the service our customers receive. Look for opportunities to mitigate costs, do things more efficiently and anticipate issues that may arise in future, communicating these to relevant stakeholders.* Build and optimise a distribution plan which enables product delivery to meet customer needs, and which supports development of a balanced and efficient distribution plan, liaising with the Commercial Team, Operations Team and Transport Team where needed to enable this.* Demonstrated strong customer service skills and experience in client relationship management, with a track record of successfully retaining accounts and resolving customer issues effectively
