With over 4 years of experience spanning hospitality, customer service, and public relations, I bring a well-rounded skill set focused on creating exceptional client experiences, fostering organisational growth, and effectively communicating with diverse audiences. Currently, I am a Receptionist at A&O Hostels, where I manage guest relations and front desk operations, enhancing guest satisfaction through attentive, responsive service. My two years with Authentikka further solidified my ability to engage with guests and maintain smooth operations in a high-energy hospitality environment.In addition to my hospitality experience, I served as a Customer Service Agent at Calicut International Airport under Micro Health Pvt Ltd, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. My recent internship as a Business Development Intern at Jeyanth Ship Chandlers provided me with insights into strategic growth, giving me hands-on experience in business planning and market development.I also bring a unique perspective from my role as the Public Relations Officer for the Thrissur District Taekwondo Association, where I managed communications, promoted events, and helped build community engagement. This role taught me the value of effective public relations and strengthened my organisational and interpersonal skills.Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in International Business and Leadership, with a focus on hospitality management, HR, customer service, change management, marketing, and finance.
