My absolute passion is in helping organisations achieve their business aims by helping their people realise their full potential – in leadership, management, and other essential skills.Good L&D doesn\'t happen automatically. Great L&D doesn\'t happen nearly often enough. I believe that L&D can be consistently great, by which I mean: relevant, timely, accessible and concise; engaging and enabling; practical; cost-efficient; fully role-modelled by, and delivering measurable business results for, senior management.I have wide experience and deep know-how at every stage of the learning and development cycle - from needs analysis through to design, delivery, and results-based evaluation. As a result I’m able to consult with business leaders to clarify and define measurable objectives for any development initiative: What is the sought business outcome, what do senior management need their people to do differently to achieve that outcome? How do we realise the full potential of on-the-job and social learning alongside formal training - to make ours a truly agile organisation? How will the Return On Investment be evidenced and reported?
