What have I worked on?I have led and scaled analytics teams at companies like Amazon and Yelp, partnering with Product, Finance, and Marketing to define KPIs, build semantic data layers, and enable decision-making across the organization. My experience also includes leading product analytics initiatives, helping teams understand user behavior, define success metrics, and inform product direction. How do I approach problems?I focus on bringing structure to ambiguity. I prioritize clarity in metrics, simplicity in design, and solutions that are practical and scalable. My goal is to ensure data is not just available, but trusted and actively used in decision-making. What areas interest me most?I am particularly interested in areas where data shapes business and product direction. This includes building strong data foundations, improving decision velocity, and integrating AI into analytics workflows. What matters to me?I value clarity, ownership, and simplicity. I focus on building strong teams and enabling people to do meaningful work. I generally avoid getting pulled into internal politics and prefer to focus on solving real problems and driving outcomes, while recognizing that some level of organizational dynamics is part of any role. What’s next?I am open to senior individual contributor roles or leadership opportunities aligned with my background in data and analytics.
