Also responsible to lead meetings with internal teams and manage recruiting resources to assure delivery of candidates that meet job requirements assuring that clients needs were being met. Working as a full cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating the hiring of over 500 technical candidates at companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, BestBuy, T-Mobile, HBO.Long history of successfully hit and breaking internal recruitment goals, records and competitions. I have been H10’s top recruiter for 8+ years averaging almost twice as many successful candidate placements as any other recruiter. Have also acted as a recruiting trainer and SME to the team helping others learn and refine their recruiting skills.
