Appointed as a Point of Contact (POC) for source to pay process & Handling a Team size of 15 (Associate & Senior Associate)• Evaluating the quotations and agreements from vendors, as per organization policy.• Handle multiple BIT’s comparison & negotiation process.• Deal with internal stakeholder along with “Functional Manager/Lead with approval” for vendor finalization, agreements, cost & service.• Contract Management – Ensure the organization documentations are accurate and well maintained; inform business and legal team when to take actions.• Handle PR/PO creation process for internal stakeholder as per there requirement and as an interface between requesters and vendors for getting appropriate documentation till processing of purchasing requests to purchase orders.• Handle vendor onboard & amendment process for (Vendor creation & All types of amendments in vendor master and PR/PO).• Coordinate with Requester’s & Managers regarding workflow, materials condition & receipt confirmation. • Managing all incoming requests related to orders, shipment status, and other general stake holders & vendors inquiries.• Ensure and assist in the process that all orders are being expedited in a timely and accurate manner.• Conducted 2-Way and 3-Way matching for invoice verification.• Contacting vendors to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies as per PO• Responsible for vendor invoices & payments process (Migo, Service Entry) Beginning To final invoice.• Preparing forecast for upcoming requirements. • On time completion of open P.O Report and Shortage Report. • Preparation of ageing report for P.R submission to Material delivery.• Preparation of monthly & annual reports for purchases as per department heads requirement.• Resolving day-to-day supply issues and promoting operational consistency.
