Naya Jeevan (NJ or \'new life) is an inclusive health Insurtech that is a member of the 2020 Inclusive Fintech 50 cohort.doctHERs is a female co-founded, women-led, gender-inclusive health-tech venture that is Asia\'s first Fortune Impact 20 venture (https://fortune.com/impact20/docthers/).Both ventures are co-owned and co-founded by my Canadian-American CoFounder (Sabeen Fatima Haque) and myself (I am a British-American Medical Doctor (MD) originally from London and of South Asian ethnic origin)NJ and doctHERs are collectively co-creating the \'Kaiser-Permanente of Emerging Asia\' where we manage financial risks for our insurance partners and large employer groups by proactively reducing health risks - while simultaneously increasing access to high-quality digitally-enabled healthcare (especially for women). We currently provide integrated digital health insurance (fintech/insurtech) & tech-enabled clinical services (healthtech) to workers affiliated with over 950 corporate & SME clients linked to corporate value chains in PK including distributors, retailers and MNCs including Unilever, Friesland Campina, Mondelez, Rose Petal, etc).In parallel, we aspire to reintegrate licensed, female healthcare providers (HCPs such as doctors, therapists, nutritionists, nurses, midwives, etc) who are not participating in the global health workforce.We are now introducing a network of 25+ SMART \'femtech\'\'hybrid healthcare\' clinics (online + offline) under a capitation/subscription plan model with plans to scale this to 1500 units across emerging Asia.Rise Above and Shine Brightly!
