Managed a large team, including both internal staff and outside contractors, and was the primary point of contact for consulting engineers, while also being responsible for departmental budgets and the preparation of all necessary records.• Acted as a liaison between the Borough and the public, press, and various stakeholders. Assisted in developing and recommending public policies, while also responding to public inquiries and representing the Borough at council meetings and other official functions.
