Currently, I work at LanceSoft, Inc, where I support the hiring process for healthcare positions—right from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding support.Earlier, I worked as an Associate Recruiter at IMCS Group, which gave me strong hands-on experience in domestic staffing and IT recruitment.
