I have more than 18 years of experience in the Cloud Networking field. I lead global Azure Networking Health team responsible for Azure Network Physical Network Availability and Reliability. I lead more than 20 talented Engineers team including NEs, SWEs and Data Scientists. Network Health team vision is to make Azure world\'s most reliable cloud with faster mitigation, notification and recovery. We are committed to provide cloud network availability > do innovate and solve tough problems to reduce customer pain with scalability and automation. I am also part of SONiC outreach community. I represent SONiC in India from Microsoft.I am strong advocate of diversity and inclusion as well as I do provide mentorship and coaching to all who needs.

Team Won Q champ, Q star and Multiple awards from Scott Gu.Designed and Started TURBO - program for recovery. Added multiple innovation like Experiment recovery on the basis of Factory analysis data.Improved P95 Recovery for TORs. Won IDC Pinnacle award from IDC head.Helped to build two services, CLIQUE to handle customer impacting CRIs and FLASH with compute for with-in sec Network Health notification. Driving auto-mitigation for all new tech like Dual Tor and Other designs.
