Review & Approve DSR and Reconcile POS Sales Numbers with Accounting Software-Adjust the calculation of Manual Sales,Third Party Reconciliation and posting charges and Sales adjustment entry in Accounting Software-Credit Card Reconciliation and review Chargebacks, CC Fees and refunds-Cash Reconciliation on weekly basis for all the locations and inform Client incase of any over/short or any amount not received-Ensure the liability for Gift Cards ties to the POS Reports/Third Party GC Service Provider-Ensure Deposits received for future events are confimed with event tracking software and ensure deposit received is redeemed on event date-Event Reconciliation on weekly basis and inform the client incase of any event overreemed/underreemed and make sure all the deposits related to event are received in Bank account-Ensure any delayed/non-payment from any party are communited to client and regular follows up are taken on timely basis-Ensure all tax exempt certificate and check copies are received from Client and review & enter its details in Sales Tax working file-Review all comp categories and identify 100% Comps and then calculate Use tax on 100%comps and staff meals-Self Review of entire sale tax calculation and ensure all checkpoints are verified-Weekly Report Analytics-Analize the weekly report and make commentary on variances compared to pervious week(COGS,Payroll, Gross Profit,EBITDA)-Cost of Complementary-Calculation and posting entry in R365-Accounts Receivable General Ledger Reconciliation at month end and analize & correct it incase there are any discrepencies-Onboarding of any new locations of our client, ensuring successful setup of location on all portals and ensuring all accounts are reconciling.
