I have years of experience as a Jr. Sales Associate. Recently, I gained fundraising experience for UNICEF Canada at TNI The Network Inc and WE SERVE 2. while pursuing my studies at Seneca\'s School of Hospitality and Tourism. Currently, I am working as Technical Support - Advisor II for Concentrix and had worked at Seneca Polytechnic, the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto, and McDonald\'s, where I continue to develop my skills in customer service, communication, and leadership. I have a strong desire to work in the tourism industry, combining my extensive education qualification(Tourism Service management-GTB ) and experience in the Retail and Marketing sectors with my passion for travel and creating lifelong memories. My goal is to contribute to the growth and development of the tourism business by utilizing my creative thinking, superior customer service skills, and industry expertise.
