Plan and deliver outdoor play sessions for children of all ages and abilities.Promote inclusive, imaginative, and child-led play.Ensure a safe and engaging environment by carrying out risk assessments.Encourage social interaction and teamwork among children.Set up and pack away play equipment before and after sessions.Support children’s emotional well-being and confidence through positive engagement.Report any safeguarding concerns in line with child protection policies.Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider community.Support community events and outreach programs to promote play.Supervise and engage children in a range of after-school activities, including games, crafts, and homework support.Prepare snacks and ensure children eat healthily.Maintain a clean and safe environment, following health and safety regulations.Record attendance and report incidents or concerns to the Club Leader.Support the development of children’s social and interpersonal skills.Help with setting up and tidying the space used for club activities.Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed correctly.Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school representatives.
