Plan, schedule, and monitor daily/weekly production at toll units in line with sales forecasts. • Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity while maintaining product quality. • Coordinate with toll unit teams for smooth day-to-day operations.Conduct quality checks for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods. • Ensure adherence to IS standards and internal quality specifications. • Train toll unit staff on quality procedures, safety, and compliance.Plan and arrange timely supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. • Monitor stock levels, reconcile physical vs. system stock, and implement corrective actions. • Manage FIFO system to maintain product freshness and reduce quality issues.Coordinate dispatch schedules with toll units, logistics, and sales teams. • Ensure timely delivery of finished products to depots/customers. • Track and resolve transport, loading, or delivery issues.Identify slow-moving/non-moving stock and implement consumption plans. • Support cost optimization through credit clearance, black-box analysis, and vendor coordination. • Monitor toll unit operational costs to improve profitability.Conduct inspections, audits, and on-the-job training at toll units. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, efficiency, and quality compliance. • Build strong collaboration between toll unit teams and central office. Maintain daily production, stock, and dispatch MIS reports. • Submit regular performance updates to business leadership. • Document deviations, corrective actions, and preventive measures for future audits.
