Hi, I’m Asha — a passionate and detail-oriented HR professional in the making, completed my PGDM (2024–2026) in Human Resources at Rajalakshmi School of Business, with a strong academic foundation in Bank Management from DG Vaishnav College, Chennai.I bring hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, gained through internships at Inspirisys Solutions Ltd, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Larsen & Toubro (L&T). At Inspirisys, I worked on recruitment coordination, HRMS data management, payroll administration, and employee engagement initiatives, including internal communication posts and recognition activities.At L&T, I contributed to organizing a 3-day International Women’s Day event, gaining practical exposure to large-scale employee engagement, coordination, and expense management. Additionally, my project internship with TCS, in collaboration with NASSCOM, focused on building a learnability culture from campus to corporate, where I developed insights into workforce trends, learning agility, and future skills.As an Event Coordinator for the Business Analytics Club, I have successfully planned and executed events, strengthening my communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.I am particularly interested in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and people-centric strategies, where I can create meaningful employee experiences while supporting organizational goals.Always eager to learn, collaborate, and grow, I look forward to opportunities that allow me to contribute, innovate, and make a positive impact in the field of Human Resources.
