A thorough bred administrator educationist and aviation enthusiast from the initial batches of women officers of Indian Air Force with 25 years of varied experience in administration,HR,support operations,project & aviation environment management,infrastructure planning and execution of Mega projects like runway resurfacing and modernisation of airfield infrastructure, with an ability to lead a large team.A multitasker who is adept in public relations and public speaking wherein she has been the face of the women officers (for reference,Vande Mataram -Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav -India@75) An Instructor to the future officers of the IAF for who fitness,optimism and leading by example is a way of life.Adept in learning management An influencer and motivator.Believes and speaks on gender equality with matching performance and work life balance.A woman achiever who has been felicitated at various levels including the honourable governor of Telangana on International Women’s Day After these 25 long years she has successfully transitioned into the corporate as operations specialist in the health care industry and has an unending drive to delve into more such specialised arenas in more diverse ecosystems.
