I will be continuing my employment, investigations, human rights, disability management and training practice at Turnpenney Milne. A significant component of my practice is providing strategic advisory advice to employers senior employees on all aspects of employment and labour law. I also represent employers and companies before courts, the Human Rights Tribunal and grievance arbitrations. My practice also includes conducting complex workplace investigations, culture assessments, and restorative work for the public, private and not-for-profit sector. With over 14 years’ experience teaching at the university level, and teaching at various Osgoode Law Certificate programs, I’ve put these experiences to good use in delivering customized training sessions and have been selected to be a speaker at several conferences across Canada and the United States.
