Built a 100+ strong product leadership and program management group and capability at Amgen, and setup new reporting and collaboration tools to enable optimal team performance. • Innovation and Technology: Development of an innovative microneedle patch-based osteoporosis product from inception to IND and successful Phase 2 studies. Led a cross-company transformational initiative to establish a digital innovation group at Amgen.• Partnerships: Expertise in managing and turning around complex partnerships with small and large companies.
