ABOUT ASHA NEWBOLD
I started my career in agency after I completed my degree in 2006. I started as a sales consultant and worked my way up from there and by 2009 I was the branch manager of Your Move Walderslade. There is not a year that has passed where we have not achieved our targets and in some cases hugely exceeded them. I have won Many awards over the years from top sales and top mortgage sign ups to most profitable office and most improved office. I have worked under many different manager over the years and can confidently say that I have learned from them all, and so I feel that I am at my prime in my career. Consistency is key and that is definitely some thing that I have provided over the years. I am at my best when I am receiving positive feedback and feeling confident I am an asset to the company and that I have a future to progress when I decide that is what I want to do. I am an extremely passionate person in all aspects of my life and career, and feel this is key to my success over the years and the future. The team around me is also a huge factor in my success. Having loyal hard working genuine people around is not only important to me but also a massive contributor to mine and the branches success. I work currently with some of the most incredibly hard working and committed people I have had the pleasure to work with. Who knows what the future hold for agency but one thing is for sure I’ll be there making money!
