I and administer the Executive Masters in Business Administration for professionals studying part-time. In addition to this, I also partly administer the bespoke part-time MSc Central Banking and Financial Regulation programme. My duties:• To provide high quality administration and managerial support to all programme stakeholders in line with defined management processes. • To work with Programme Manager in all operational aspects of the effective delivery of the programme group to the standards, in line with School\'s strategy and defined management processes. • To support the delivery of a high quality and consistent customer experience throughout the entire student lifecycle for all student and programmes within the group. • To plan, organise and manage the delivery of programmes, including student administration and maintaining accurate records in accordance with School and University data protocols and monitor overall student progression. • To organise programme events at international locations, or provide support to the team where required. To coordinate non-academic aspects of the project and dissertation process, which includes making accurate and timely payments to supervisors as required. • To lead, manage and motivate a team of Operation Coordinators taking full responsibility of for the employment lifecycle from recruitment through to exit. • To provide day to day operational team management for the programme group, including allocating group work, providing pastoral support and managing all aspects of the employment lifecycle. • To liaise with Programme Manager and Operations Manager, make complex judgements and decisions to inform the forward planning of resources to ensure timely and efficient allocation of workload. • To provide front line pastoral care and advice to individual students on non-academic issues and identify matters that are more complex or require academic or professional support as appropriate.
