Quality isn\'t a phase. It\'s not something you bolt on at the end when someone remembers to \"check with QA.\"The best products are built when QA has a seat at the table from day one, asking the uncomfortable questions that save time, money, and reputation further down the line.I\'ve spent 6+ years doing exactly that across varied environments: creative communications, live events, and regulated financial services. That means I\'ve had to adapt how I work, not just what I test. Web platforms, mobile, native applications, APIs, accessibility, performance - the work spans a lot of ground, and I\'ve learned that good quality strategy has to adapt to fit the product, the team, and the risk.I lead QA teams as well as work within them. That means setting strategy, developing people, managing stakeholder expectations, and still being hands-on when it matters. I care about building teams that ask better questions, not just run more tests.AI is changing testing. Faster automation, smarter coverage, better analysis. But it\'s not replacing QA, it\'s amplifying what good testers have always done: finding what others miss and advocating for the user.If you\'re building something that matters, quality should matter too.
