Upon returning to the US, I furthered my strengths in product management, team leadership, client communication, and process streamlining to optimize clinical trial protocol across a diverse range of studies. Promoted to a role that involved customer success, product management, and program development — I eventually oversaw platform development and maintenance of 13 accounts with ~1500 active users. Loving a good challenge, I developed expertise in 5 proprietary software tools, and was influential in building the platform to eventually generate a record $3M annual revenue.
