I have been TUPE\'d across from Metro Bank and am still working on the Metro Bank project. I am currently part of the leadership team for the Mortgages Feature Team in delivering both Business and Technical changes, working in Sprints alongside the Engineering team and working with the Product Owner in Refinement backlog sessions. My main role is to ensure the quality of the code which is delivered by finova (the vendor) as well as any internal development is of a high quality and has been deployed with zero defects. I also liaise with Application Support to create runbooks for all environments to ensure the correct steps are followed for deployments.

I am an experienced and motivated Technical Lead with a wide range of skills in the Mortgages domain. I have been involved in all aspects of the project life cycle, from Management through to solution delivery and have managed teams within both the IT environment and client focused business areas. This has included all aspects of requirements elicitation, design, implementation, Mortgage Lending, production support, training, Business Analysis and documentation for both front office and back office systems. I have been involved with Project teams in delivering a wholesale upgrade of the Mortgage Application platform for Metro Bank. Previous projects have seen me work with external suppliers to build complex solutions.With over 20 years of experience within the Mortgage Industry, I am client focused and am equally comfortable talking to external clients or internal colleagues.
