As the Recruitment Business Partner for Technology, I am responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment. In October 2024, I relocated to Denver to establish and grow the technology function from the ground up in our new Denver office. I now manage Technology recruitment across all areas in Denver, working closely with hiring managers as an individual contributor, and with Senior leadership to develop recruitment strategies that attract top talent to bet365.In addition to my individual contributions, I lead and manage a team of 3 people: 2 recruiters and a coordinator. I am responsible for their development, providing guidance and support to ensure that we are able to meet the company\'s hiring goals in Denver.I also contribute to recruitment projects across the whole tech function, collaborating with the wider recruitment function and cross-functional teams to support the hiring needs of the business as a whole.
