Working as a Project Manager, responsible for coordinating the planning, development, and delivery of training, documentation and digital learning assets including LMS integration to access eLearning, Digital Job Aids, Try Me Videos, Online Help and Knowledge Base platforms. Working with project stakeholders, technical trainers, and documentation specialists to manage projects throughout their lifecycle and includes preparing plans and schedules and analysing resource needs to ensure the successful delivery of training programs and documentation projects for Netcracker’s global customers.
