I am accountable for end-to-end delivery across compute, network, storage, VMware, and L2 switching, enabling Cloud Native platforms and NFVi capacity growth.Key Deliveries & Achievements:• Roadmap & Strategy: Defined and executed MTP roadmaps, managing Capex/Opex and vendor engagement for HW/SW license demand across Voice, Signaling, Messaging, and Monitoring.• NFVi Site Expansion (Sites 7 & 8): Delivering new NFVi sites for IMS Voice Core expansion using Cisco N9k/C220 infrastructure and VMware TCP hypervisor to increase network capacity and resiliency.• NFVi Implementation (Sites 5 & 6): Successfully delivered IMS Voice Core sites utilizing Cisco, Dell, and VMware stacks.• Cloud Optimization: Directed the merger of HCI and NFVi management clusters, significantly reducing hardware/licensing footprints and achieving major cost efficiencies.• Platform Upgrades: Led the TSV platform migration to vSphere 8 (TCP 5.0), rebuilding Dell R640/R740XD clusters and migrating Domain 2 applications.• Telco Services Cloud (TSC): Built the TSC in Domain 2 to host OSS, Analytics, DB, and NMS workloads using VMware Tanzu and Dell hardware across six data centers.• Network Fabric: Designed and implemented leaf-spine switching fabrics (Dell S5248/S5232) across six DC locations.• Capacity Growth: Expanded TSV compute capacity (Dell R630s) for Signaling and IN services at Beckton & Barnsley DCs.• Security & Compliance: Delivered Thales HSM and HashiCorp Vault deployments across three Telco Cloud DCs to ensure TSA compliance.• Storage Migration: Managed the migration of Windows and HCI clusters from legacy 3PAR to HPE platforms across six BT data centers.
