Co-designed UX research pipeline; ran user interviews, surveys, and usability tests; translated findings into a prioritized roadmap with PM and engineering. Designed and shipped core features for the Chat UI and Bot Builder platforms. Designed multi-chat tabs, knowledge-base settings, RAG citations, and custom instructions. Enhanced source verification, improved user trust and reduced error rate.(Figma, Cursor, LLM integration, Next.js) Redesigned complex settings and workflow builders by defining clear interaction patterns and rewriting microcopy. Lowered cognitive load and reduced misconfigurations.(Motion Design, AfterEffects, CSS) Designed user-flows, IA for mobile UI. Designed UI optimized for one-hand use, bottom composer; validated through moderated tests. Created Design Systems (Figma Components) for cross-platform consistency and smooth dev handoffs.
