1.I am currently working as a Senior Business Analyst for an American multinational pharmaceutical company. I am a part of Global Human Health IT(GHHIT) delivery team and I am actively involved in the SDLC processes in an Agile Scrum environment.2.I have worked on multiple projects for the automation/transformation of contact centers, live chatbots, digital emails, customer callbacks, customer satisfaction survey etc. using various applications viz. cloud enabled SaaS solution NICE CXone, Cisco Jabber, Salesforce(Service cloud), Veeva CRM and TernioCX in the CCaaS( Cloud Contact Centre as a Service) technology landscape.3. I use to engage with different stakeholders from business side as well as third- party vendors right from the requirement gathering workshops till the project deployment and thereby help the client in their digital transformation journey.4. My KRA includes updating Requirement Specification document, writing and executing System Integration Test cases, performing Regression Testing in the Test/Dev environment post major application upgrades, translating business requirements into functional requirements with the help of Visio/call flow diagrams, creating epics and user stories in JIRA dashboard, Backlog Grooming and Refinement, taking active part in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective, Updating SOPs for the AMS team etc.
