I’m a Computer Science Engineering graduate with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, web development, and software engineering, and a growing specialization in technical talent acquisition and data-driven HR.My technical journey includes hands-on experience in penetration testing, network forensics, and security analysis during my internship at Craw Security, along with building projects like NetScan Pro, a custom network scanning and security analysis tool. These experiences shaped how I think — analytically, structurally, and with a deep curiosity for how systems work.Currently, at GAOTek Inc, I work in end-to-end technical recruitment, where I manage the complete hiring lifecycle in a fast-paced global virtual environment. My role goes beyond coordination — I: Source and engage candidates through targeted LinkedIn headhunting and job postings Conduct structured screening calls and interviews Assess communication, learning ability, and role alignment Perform initial technical evaluation using resumes, GitHub profiles, and candidate responses Drive pipeline movement and maintain hiring funnel metrics and daily recruitment reports Collaborate with senior leadership during interview shadowing and selection discussionsFor HR roles, I actively participate in the final evaluation process with senior interviewers, and I am progressing toward responsibilities that include shadowing and training new interviewers.This combination of a technical background + hands-on hiring ownership allows me to understand both the people and the skills behind engineering and cybersecurity teams — enabling better hiring decisions, stronger candidate experience, and more efficient recruitment funnels.My long-term goal is to move into HR Analytics / People Analytics, where I can leverage recruitment data, hiring metrics, and talent insights to improve workforce strategy and build high-impact technical teams.I’m currently advancing my skills in Python, ReactJS, PHP, and network security, while continuing to deepen my expertise in technical recruitment, hiring analytics, and structured evaluation frameworks.I thrive in competitive and collaborative environments, demonstrated by securing 3rd place at GNA Hackathon 2.0 and 4th place at GDG DevCreate, where I strengthened my problem-solving, rapid learning, and team execution abilities.I’m especially interested in opportunities at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, and people strategy — as a professional who can understand systems, evaluate talent, and turn hiring data into meaningful decisions.
