Tasked with migrating an existing reporting funnel to the cloud. Worked with the Sales and Marketing Teams to understand their needs and requirements. Designed and implemented an automated pipeline using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Power BI. The pipeline queried data from Salesforce, cleaned and transformed it, and then sank it into ADLS Gen2. Power BI was then used to create dashboards for the Sales and Marketing Teams. The new solution enabled the Sales and Marketing Teams to monitor Leads and various other SLAs in almost real time, which gave them the ability to make more informed decisions and improve their performance. • Conducted end-to-end analysis on two quarterly NPS surveys for both private and public sector clients, resulting in a 45% reduction in analysis time. Utilised data analysis tools and techniques to extract valuable insights and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. • Developed and maintains an automated BI dashboard workflow to analyse user engagement on one of the products, eliminating delays and manual analysis and improving analysis quality and efficiency. Currently exploring scaling possibilities to multiple products. • Led the development of an end-to-end reporting funnel that integrated Salesforce data on B2B lead generation and its journey through the sales pipeline using Python and Power BI. Enabled the sales team to make data-driven decisions and improve their performance by providing key insights and recommendations.
