Develop comprehensive business plans for expansion projects, including C2C planning, SWOT analysis, and cash flow statements, to obtain management approvals and project funding. Leading & Executing various Renewable Natural Gas projects from different feedstock like MSW, Paddy Straw & Press mud across India Lead the development and review of base plans for all projects, provide regular updates to management on project status, and ensure project milestones are achieved within the established timeline. Conduct risk assessments for all green field & brownfield expansion projects, develop mitigation plans to minimize risks and ensure project success. Establish vendor development programs. Identify, develop and evaluate new potential vendors for project execution for benchmark cost saving potential. Leading budgeting and financial modeling for projects with robust budget control and monitoring during execution. Collaborate with the Environment and Sustainability team to prepare and submit PFRs for all projects, ensuring the achievement of Environmental Clearance and Consent to Operate. Successfully enhanced and stabilized Asia’s largest Renewable Natural Gas Plant at Indore from 8 TPD of RNG to 16 TPD RNG and debottlenecking the same to 22 TPD.
