Project Manager in Professional Services driving successful SaaS implementations for Academic & Government organizations. I lead teams of consultants and collaborate with system engineers to turn complex projects into structured, predictable, and well-executed outcomes.I work primarily with Alma and Primo, partnering closely with customer teams, internal specialists, consultants, and system engineers. I guide stakeholders, manage project timelines, and translate system requirements into actionable implementation plans that support smooth system transitions and adoption.I have led 6+ implementation projects and helped in implementing a library consortium, coordinating multiple institutions and stakeholders to align requirements, timelines, and communications. As part of these projects, I facilitate workflow consultation sessions to help institutions optimize processes and align them with system capabilities.Beyond project delivery, I focus on process improvement and knowledge sharing. I develop and enhance internal procedures, create documentation and resources, provide training, and ensure teams execute consistently. I also support transitions from implementation to operational support, helping customers feel confident and prepared once systems are live.My background in project management and business administration shapes my approach—balancing structured delivery with practical problem-solving. I regularly use tools such as Basecamp, Salesforce/iQuest, Confluence, and Excel to manage projects, track progress, and collaborate effectively. While Alma and Primo remain my primary focus, I am actively expanding my expertise across additional products to support a broader range of customer needs. Additionally, I hold a TMF certification, along with completion of a PMP training course. I hold an Honors Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration from Sheridan College, where my insights were recognized through publication in an article on students seeking value in remote learning.
