   I work for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure organization. I have successfully shipped multiple services that make a huge impact on our end customers. I did this while being employing OCI\'s values and building teams from 4 to 25+ with several managers reporting to me. Some of my key accomplishments are: • Lead a highly critical Tier 0 service that is used across the company by every other service to monitor their service\'s health. My service delivers on a 99.995% uptime SLA and offers guaranteed on-call paging upon service degradation within 30 seconds. This allows Oracle services to operate successfully and keep Oracle\'s muti million-dollar business alive. • Successfully launched the OCI’s Announcement Service that provides notifications to 90K+ OCI customers on service outages and feature launches. • Drive the vision, strategy, execution and operational excellence for the OCI Tagging Service which is a critical component of Oracle Cloud\'s Resource and Cost Governance strategy. • Build/Grow/Manage a strong team of ICs/lead engineers at various levels.
