   Manage the legal negotiation of the firm’s trade documentation, including: ISDAs, GMRAs, CDEAs, MSFTAs, Prime Brokerage, Futures Clearing, and Custodian agreements. Have successfully led over 60 bank negotiations and currently manage over 300 trading agreements. • Helped design and implement the firm’s current cash management and liquidity investment function, investing more than $8 billion in money market transactions daily.• Manage the global relationships for the firm’s 50+ banking counterparts.• Oversee the firm’s compliance with Dodd Frank regulatory schemes. • Help lead the credit and due diligence reviews with 50+ financing counterparties.• Lead the firm’s compliance with the Uncleared Margin Rules, including comprehensive analysis of the regulatory regime, creation and implementation of compliance plan, and the negotiation of all IM documentation, including custodian agreements, ACAs, and CSAs.
