I\'m convinced that sport is humanity\'s greatest ally for living better and longer. According to the WHO, 1.8 billion people are insufficiently active, which is nearly a quarter of humanity. Anchored in my five values: freedom, boldness, courage, fairness, and curiosity, I want to dedicate my time to breaking down the barriers that prevent people from engaging in sports, starting with the most vulnerable: children, seniors, and women who encounter these barriers at every stage of their lives, from puberty to menopause.
