I founded PL Consulting, LLC in 2015 to provide strategic and operational consulting services to carriers, shippers, and intermediaries in the industry. I specialize in driving revenue growth, optimizing pricing strategies, identifying profitable shipping lanes, and advising on best practices. Previously, I was the Director of Business Development at Vital Drayage, LLC, where I increased and diversified the customer base, expanded the regional market presence, and negotiated competitive pricing for drayage services. I also have extensive experience in pricing and repositioning export containers for steamship lines.
