October 2018 - till date: Engineering Lead for Google Assistant Speakers and Device Infrastructure. Launched 10+ SKUs of 1P and 3P Google Assistant Speakers, Soundbars and Smart Displays working Nest, Sonos, Bose, JBL etc. November 2014 - October 2018: Engineering lead for multiple products which improved the reliability of Google systems (Chaos engineering which deliberately breaks/fixes systems in controlled fashion), streamlined the launch approval process for Google Cloud and built infrastructure to develop insights on Cloud platform reliability. February 2010 - November 2014: Responsible for safety and reliability of 1200 launches per year spanning from moderate features to launches of new products like Google Plus to new data center launches. Reviewed and approved of hundreds of launches at Google, educated engineers on Google Production and helped teams launch on time. Also helped Google M&A efforts by helping acquired companies migrate to Google infrastructure (ITA, Xbid etc).
